Little Celebrations understands that emergency situations do happen. Please know that we will review and take into consideration all circumstances, but also note that this policy is in place due to the fact that:

 

     •More than likely, I have already turned down a potential customer(s) who wanted the same date that you’ve already scheduled. If you were to cancel, not only would I not get paid for your order, but also forfeited the potential customer seeking that same order date.

     •Decorated sugar cookies do take time. Typically, orders are started within 7-14 days (depending on the size of the order) before the scheduled pickup date. If you are trying to cancel your order close to the pick up date, the baking and decorating process will have already been started, leaving the cookies to waste. 

 

If a cancellation is needed, Little Celebrations is able to credit you for a future order, or cancel and refund your cookie order up to two (2) weeks before your scheduled pickup date. If you cancel your order less than 14 days before your scheduled pickup date, a refund can not be given.
